Internship & Volunteer Opportunities

Become a CASA Volunteer
When you become a CASA volunteer, you’ll join a group of committed individuals who advocate for the best interests of children in foster care. As a CASA volunteer, you’ll be a voice for a child in court and ensure their needs are met.
- Requirements: Must be 21 years old, pass a background check, complete CASA training, and commit to at least one year of service.
- Time Commitment: The approximate time commitment is currently 5 hours per month per case.
- Training: You’ll receive comprehensive training sessions from our team followed by ongoing support.
Internship Opportunities
We offer internships for those looking to gain hands-on experience in child advocacy, non-profit management, or social work. Interns work closely with our staff and volunteers, gaining insights into the foster care system while making a real difference.
- Who Can Apply: College students or recent graduates with an interest in child advocacy or non-profit work.
- Duration: Flexible to accommodate academic schedules, typically ranging from 3-6 months.
- How to Apply: Submit a resume and cover letter to our Advocacy Director by filling out the internship application.

Support Children in Foster Care with Needed Supplies
You can directly support children in foster care by donating items from our wishlist. These items help provide comfort and care to children as they navigate challenging times.
Current Needs: School supplies (backpacks, notebooks, pens), New clothing and shoes for all ages, Hygiene kits (toothbrushes, soap, shampoo), Books and age-appropriate toys, Gift cards for groceries or clothing stores
